The GLH Group manufactures bearing housings as pillow block or flange units. The manufacturing facility, Yuan Li Hang Ind., was founded in 1983 in Taichung, Taiwan. The brand name GLH has been synonymous with products of original equipment manufacturer (OEM) quality.
At the Taichung facility, on a 7000m² area, pillow block housings of the SD series are produced. Housings with a maximum weight of 1.9 tons can be processed here. In 2001, another manufacturing facility, Jilihang Machinery Co., Ltd, was established in Xiamen, China. We cooperate only with selected foundries tested by us.
This facility primarily produces mass-produced items such as SNGH, SN, or 722500 housings. The larger area of approximately 16,000m² allows for the execution of large orders from our original design manufacturer (ODM) customers.
In Germany, specialized and custom manufacturing is outsourced to local engineering companies. Modifications such as boreholes for condition monitoring, base hole drilling, pressing in bushings, and more are also carried out locally.

The split pillow block housings SNGH are fully interchangeable with the series SN, SNE, SNA, SNH, SNL, SNU, and SNV. The principal dimensions comply with the DIN736-739 standard. These housings are designed for self-aligning roller bearings mounted on an adapter sleeve and self-aligning roller bearings mounted directly on a stepped shaft.
The bearing seat is machined to tolerance class G7 and is manufactured as a floating bearing. Fixed bearings are achieved by inserting a fixed ring, Type FR, on each side.

With the switch to the Satoshi font, we embrace a modern, minimalist design that reflects our values of clarity and precision. Its clean readability and contemporary style perfectly align with our new brand identity, emphasizing our focus on quality and innovation.
The original logo was designed to meet practical needs, as it could be easily cast directly onto the bearing housings during production. While this made it functional and durable, it lacked the clarity and modern appeal needed to represent the company effectively in today’s market. This is why we decided to modernize the design while keeping the original logo on our products for its practical advantages.
The outdated logo is holding back the company in the modern market landscape. It lacks clear communication of the Unique Selling Proposition (USP), making it difficult for potential customers to immediately recognize what sets the company apart. Additionally, the logo fails to reflect the desired level of quality.
The new logo features a stylishly designed "G" with two slanted elements, representing dynamism and progress. Additionally, it incorporates a foundry to establish a connection to product quality and manufacturing. The logo combines aesthetics, recognizability, and a clear message of the company's commitment to quality.
The new design incorporates elements from technical drawings, such as lines and hatching, to emphasize precision and engineering excellence. The red line, a familiar feature from the previous design, symbolizes continuity and bridges tradition with a modern look.
