The FCMG500 A/B series flange bearing housings are specifically designed for accommodating self-aligning ball or roller bearings with a clamping sleeve, directly mounting on a stepped shaft. They offer a full range of split and unsplit seal arrangements, allowing for relubrication through a grease nipple. These housings are highly customizable to meet your specific needs, offering versatility for various applications, with options including 2-lip seals on both sides (B-Type) and one side with an end cover (A-Type).

Drilled holes enable easy relubrication. Constructed from durable grey cast iron, the housings are painted black for corrosion protection, meeting ISO standards. Repaintable and featuring a solventless rust inhibitor for unpainted surfaces.
Fill the bearing's free space completely with grease, and the housing's free space to 20-40% volume. Use 40% grease fill for side relubrication, and 20% for outer ring relubrication. In highly contaminated or slow-speed environments, fill the housing to 70–80%.
GG20 offers excellent machinability and is highly heat and corrosion-resistant. Additionally, this material provides outstanding finishing capabilities and exhibits excellent properties concerning sound and vibration damping. However, its strength and wear resistance are limited.
