GLH housing units offer significant streamlining opportunities as complete, ready-to-install bearing units for various industries and installation scenarios. These ball bearings are effectively sealed against dirt and dust by special seals, ensuring maintenance-free operation throughout their lifespan under normal operating conditions. The lithium-soap-based grease used inside allows continuous operation in the temperature range of -30 to +100°C. The convex design of the outer ring of the ball bearings, combined with the respective housings, facilitates the compensation of shaft misalignment errors.GLH housing units are supplied with an eccentric locking collar or an extended inner ring and set screw, making them adaptable to any standard shaft. The recommended shaft fit generally falls within the range of h9 to h7.

Dual seals

For UC, NA (HC), UK, SER and RB type, this sealing device is applied normally. This is the original sealing device Oil seal is fixed in the outer ring inner diameter groove, while the slinger is set at the inner ring outer diameter. Furthermore, the simultaneous revolution with inner ring generates the wind pressure for dust-proof property. This constitutes the ideal labyrinth. Effective dust-proof property is thus guaranteed.

Single-layer seal

When design SA, SB, CSA and CSB, we adopt normally this sealing device. Special synthetic rubber is baked at the inside of thick steel shield plate and is fixed with the outer ring of bearing .The inner ring Outer diameter special synthetic rubber contact reasonably tight the friction resistance will be lessened. The thick steel plate protects the rubber seal. This combined effect ensures the long service life even under considerably unfavorable conditions.

Single-layer seal

For CS, SB, CSA and CSB type bearing, this sealing device is applied usually. Synthetic rubber is adhered by baking to the core piece. It is inserted into groove of the outer ring and fitted the inner ring Outer diameter. It has low friction, high property in oil resistance and good mechanical stability.

Triple-lip seal

For the farm implement bearing, this sealing device is applied normally. This is an epochmaking new seal, which can be said to be a revolution in the bearing sealing. The metal cap and synthetic rubber seal are baked together to form a single seal. Seal lip has sufficient tightening allowance. Furthermore, the lip layers are of double or triple construction and the foreign matters such as dust, water, etc. are completely shut out. This sealing system shows its outstanding performance under such severe ambient conditions as dust, dirty water, gas and chemicals, where it has beer so difficult to be controlled.

GG20 offers excellent machinability and is highly heat and corrosion-resistant. Additionally, this material provides outstanding finishing capabilities and exhibits excellent properties concerning sound and vibration damping. However, its strength and wear resistance are limited.
